Day 3 – Somewhere in the Irish jungle

Hello again from Ireland. Today we went outside of Dublin to Howth at the coast. First, we explored the city a bit to get some snacks and then started an 8 km hike along the coast and through the heather. The sea and the views from the high cliffs were breathtaking – and so was the landscape with its typical wild heather on our way back. Somehow half of the course managed to get lost just 500 m away from Howth on the way back, somewhere in the Irish jungle – but luckily everyone found their way back and the course was united again. After a delicious fish and chips lunch directly by the sea we returned to Dublin by train. The evening was filled with live music or comedy shows in pubs.
